Like an ebb tide, this project begins with a receding brand, LIFE magazine, creating an opportunity to reshape its future.

Develop a renewed identity that builds on the brand’s history while repositioning it for a contemporary audience.

As a photographer, I chose L!FE for its storytelling imagery and potential for expansion. .
APPROACH
The project began with research and persona development to understand a modern audience. A new logo was developed through iteration, supported by a flexible system rooted in LIFE’s photographic legacy. Modular layouts, typographic hierarchy, and a Visual Standards Guide ensure clarity, while brand extensions demonstrate growth.
